There are two bells in the morning. The first is at 8.55am, which is a signal for children to line up. Staff allow children to start entering school at this time to avoid congestion in cloakrooms. Any child entering school after 9.00am should use the main door and come to the office first. It is important that children get into good habits from their first days at school. Children should arrive at school about ten minutes before the bell is due to go. Playground supervision begins at 8.45am. Children should not arrive at school before 8.30am.
Lateness
Parents should help children get to school on time and encourage good habits. Children who are late have time taken off their break time. Children should bring a note to explain their lateness. Parents of children consistently late will be contacted by Mrs Wilson.
